This course will teach the student short sales & foreclosures and dilemmas and solutions that will provide the student with the background information on why short sales have become more prevalent. The course will address the steps needed to determine a value range for foreclosed properties by looking at and analyzing available comparables and market data. The differences between “as-is” and “as repaired” and other approaches will be explained.
