NYS Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Complete and pass the 100 hour Home Inspection
Licensing Course - Have the required 40 hours of Field Based Training

- Apply for a NYS Home Inspectors License ($250 for 2 yrs)
