Our NYS Approved Real Estate Brokers Qualifying course 
will prepare you for the NYS Licensing exam and then you 
will be on your way to being your own boss and receiving higher recognition from your peers, clients, and customers!
NYS Requirements:

• Must be 20 years of age
• Must be a US citizen or be a legal permanent resident
• Have no felony convictions
• Must have two years experience in selling Real Estate
• Have an accumulation of at least 3500 points
• Have 120 Hours of Real Estate Education 45 hour Salespersons, 30 Hour Remedial, and 45 Hour Broker
• Pass the NYS DOS Broker Licensing Exam ($15)
• Apply for a NYS Brokers License ($150 for 2 yrs)
