Three steps if not happy with the appraisal
Appraisers and agent/brokers will be taken in into the current appraisal world, current updates and Impact on COVID-19. The students will walk away understanding when communication with the appraiser is permitted, the appraiser will understand how they can stay in in compliance with USPAP and updated with NYS AMC law. Agents/brokers will learn the 3 steps to challenging an appraisal. Appraisers will learn a non-lending business source in the world of challenging an appraisal.
