This course will navigate the way through the Real Estate world of valuation or pricing properties. B.P.O, C.M.A, A.V.M, U.A.D, R.P.R and R.V.M, explaining each one of these types of methods of valuation and understanding who can complete these types of reports and conforming to the NYS Laws, USPAP guidelines and local Code of Ethics for REALTOR members. The students will walk away understanding each one of the methods of valuation and how to use it in their brokerage business. The importance of how to conform to NYS 12A for salespersons and brokers and USPAP for the licensed and certified appraisers. Code of Ethics Article 11 for REALTORS.
