Home Inspection Licensing course will prepare you to take the NYS Licensing exam and show you the way to becoming a NYS Home Inspector!
NYS Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Complete and pass the 100 hour Home Inspection Licensing Course
- Have the required 40
hours of Field Based Training
- Pass the NYS DOS Home Inspection Licensing Exam
- Apply for a NYS Home Inspectors License ($250 for 2
yrs)
