Qualifying course is the pre-licensing course that you need and will prepare you for the NYS Licensing exam and start you on the path
to success!
NYS Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be a US citizen or be a legal permanent resident
- Have no felony convictions
- Complete and pass the 75
hour Salespersons Licensing Course
- Pass the NYS DOS Salespersons Licensing Exam ($15)
- Have a Sponsoring Broker
- Apply for a NYS Salespersons
License ($50 for 2 yrs)
